Not impressed at all stayed a while ago and first thing in greeted with is a gal smoking right outside the front door just what I want to smell like then I go inside to find know one at the counter moments later above mentioned smoker comes walking in to help me she was to say the least not the most welcoming face to deal with no uniform no name tag and reeked of smoke. Later on that night you'd swear a party was going on go out to look and there are kids running around and once again above mentioned gal don't know name had people visiting I would assume having a good time I pay money to come and have the comforts of home while I'm away not a zoo. Day later few more of my working crew show up and this same unknown gal invites a buddy in I'm guess her room for some extra hospitality must not be listed on the services offered!!! Anyways Prolly worse place I've stayed at in a long time sad for a small town.....
The staff was friendly and the rooms we clean and comfortable.
Extremely dirty carpets in room. Front desk attendant not available after 10 minutes of standing at the desk and Rang the bell 4 times. Room service did not replace any of the towels used the previous day. Heater/air unit in room was not working right.. Bed blanket had cuts and tears on it and it had grease marks in it. Water tasted like it had been sitting in a metal drum for days.
Friendly staff but our room had ants.
We love staying here when we visit family in the area. They are always very nice and the rooms are clean and comfortable.
